Hunger follows life in the Maze Prison, Northern Ireland with an interpretation of the highly emotive events surrounding the 1981 IRA Hunger Strike, led by Bobby Sands. Irish film series sponsored by Fairfield University’s Irish Studies Program and the College of Arts & Sciences. All films will be shown on Wednesdays at 7 p.m. in the DiMenna-Nyselius Library, Multimedia Room. Admission is free and open to the public. Refreshments will be provided.
