Power of Board and Qualification of Directors.  All powers shall be exercised by or under the authority of, and the activities, properties and affairs of the CTCC shall be managed by or under the direction of, the board of directors. The board of directors shall be selected from among the members (i.e., Presidents/CEO’s). Candidates for the board will be identified and presented to the members by the directors and the Executive Director. The Executive Director shall be a non-voting, ex officio member of the board.
