In its role as capacity builder, Campus Compact offers thousands of resources for all civic-minded people in higher education. In some cases where we have not been able to locate needed resources, we have partnered with faculty, students and thought leaders in the community to create them. This includes our innovative online research tool entitled, “Framework for Community Engaged Scholarship” – a yearlong capstone project with members of Fairfield University’s School of Engineering masters program. We also developed a pilot draft of CTCC’s eHUB – a search database for Connecticut’s model programs and practitioners in civic engagement. This was done in collaboration with Fairfield University’s Dolan School of Business students and we are grateful to our partners for their leadership as they develop their career acumen.
As you pour through these resources, please help us build this section into a ‘one-stop-shop’ for all your civic engagement needs. Contact us with suggestions and we will attempt to build or partner as appropriate.
