Just a reminder that we have a General Assembly This Sunday, March 25th at 6PM in SON203! Keep in mind that it is mandatory that a representative from your club be in attendance.
Remember to sign up for the Student Life Fair for the Admissions Open House! It is mandatory for clubs to sign up for at least one of the dates: April 1, 10:30- 2pm and/or April 14, 10:30 -2pm. Register before the end of the day this Friday, March 23 www.fairfield.edu/coso

Please be sure to clearly label the CD with YOUR NAME & THE NAME OF YOUR CLUB.
All written descriptions of the club should be approximately 150-200 words. Written submissions can either be saved as a Microsoft Word document along with the photos on the CD, or can be emailed separately to laura.toolan@student.fairfield.edu.
Spreads are filled on a first come first serve basis, so please get your submissions in as promptly as possible. Submissions will be accepted no later than Wednesday April 4th, 2012.

As the representative association of the undergraduate student body, the Fairfield University Student Association is charged with the following roles: to represent and advocate student issues, needs and concerns; to promote a diverse array of social, educational and cultural programs and initiatives; to be a valuable partner in the administrative processes of the school; to aid development of student clubs and organizations; and to govern ourselves in a manner that is both respectful of individual rights and consistent with the needs of the University and the larger community. COSO will hold a General Assembly (GA) once each month for the purposes of exchanging and distributing information, training club and organization leaders, and encouraging collaboration and co-sponsorship among student clubs and organizations.
Each organization is required to have one (1) representative present at every GA.
Funding will be frozen for the club/organization that fails to have representation at one or more GA’s.
For the Spring 2012 Semester, all General Assemblies will be held on Sundays from6pm-7pm in the School of Nursing Auditorium (SON203).
