Dear Faculty/Staff Advisors & Club Presidents,
The Fairfield University Manor Yearbook is looking for your submissions. Every year, we feature University Clubs & Activities in a section of our book for the graduating senior class. In order to ensure that we represent your club in the most effective way, we need your help!
If you would like for your club to be featured in this year’s Class of 2012 book, we ask that you please submit 10-20 photos of your club as well as a brief description including, but not limited to, what your club does and some campus activities that your club has sponsored this academic year.
Photographic submissions can include photos of club members, photos of your club’s executive board, photos of events sponsored by your club this year, photos of students that were taken at your club-sponsored events, or any other photograph that you deem relevant to our endeavor. All photo submissions should be put onto a CD and delivered to:

Please be sure to clearly label the CD with YOUR NAME & THE NAME OF YOUR CLUB.
All written descriptions of the club should be approximately 150-200 words. Written submissions can either be saved as a Microsoft Word document along with the photos on the CD, or can be emailed separately to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Spreads are filled on a first come first serve basis, so please get your submissions in as promptly as possible. Submissions will be accepted no later than Wednesday April 4th, 2012.
