Yohuru Williams, Ph.D., professor of African American history at Fairfield was one of a panel of guests on a July 22, 2013 HuffPo Live broadcast about a new curfew for teens in Greensboro, North Carolina, many of who are African American. Dr. Williams said we need to look at this as a national phenomena of incarceration of public spaces.
