Tickets sales are brisk for the only Connecticut showing of the high-definition screening of the National Theatre presentation of Racine’s “Phedre” starring Helen Mirren and staged by Nicholas Hytner, the NT director. The adaptation is by the late poet Ted Hughes. More than a third of the 720-seats at Quick Center for the Arts at Fairfield University has been sold two weeks before the screening. The showing is July 11 at 2 p.m. on the Fairfield campus.
