2012 NASP Conference on the Future of School Psychology

Submitted by Dr. Paula Gill Lopez on September 17, 2012

Once every decade or so, leaders in the field of School Psychology meet to determine the needs and next steps of our profession. The last conference was in 2002. Another one is at hand . . .

The 2012 Futures Conference will focus on current and future needs of children, families, and schools and the capacity of school psychology to provide services to meet the needs.

The conference will provide opportunities for discussion on-site and at remote sites, but will be structured and organized to focus on outcomes and actions.

Background materials will be posted at the Futures Conference website
http://www.indiana.edu/~futures/ at least two weeks prior to the live session.
