Dr. Bilias-Lolis presents at ATINER

Submitted by Lynn Holforty on November 27, 2012

This past summer, Dr. Evelyn Bilias-Lolis attended the Athens Institute for Education and Research’s (ATINER) 6th Annual International Conference on Psychology in Athens, Greece. She presented her paper, “Self-Modeling: An impetus for positive psychology in the schools.” Her presentation offered a critical analysis of the theoretical mechanisms of self-modeling and the merit of infusing practices of positive psychology in school-based intervention planning. This conference further provided Dr. Bilias-Lolis with the opportunity to plan for future research collaborations with international colleagues, enjoy an ATINER sponsored day cruise of three beautiful Greek Islands, and chair several conference presentation sessions.
